Fees
 

Our charges are kept as low as possible, as we are a not-for-profit organisation.

The monthly charges are inclusive of food and all utility bills (if residents choose to have their own phone in their room, they are responsible for their own telephone costs). Many residents are eligible for Housing Benefit and other financial support to help towards the monthly cost.

Current fees at Garrad House  - (from 1st April 2012)

    * £1,015 per calendar month for a 1 roomed apartment.

    * £1,500 per calendar month for a 2 roomed apartment.

    * Short stay: £300 per week

     * Special introductory offer £125 per week
